Zizzle Pirates & Taxi
Allison and i were talking yesterday and she asked about Taxi. It’s been folded up in the garage since I got Surf Champ, and it’s partially disassembled of course. But honestly compared to Big Guns or one of my other projects, there’s not that much to do. I hadn’t learned to solder last time it…

Filling cupped inserts
Filled up all the Space Mission inserts with automotive clear. I think I pooled it up too much in some places and not enough in others. Next step is a full coat of clear.

Space Mission touch ups: teal complete
Wasn’t planning on it but it was so nice outside so I decided to do a bit more painting. When I do it at night I have to shut the door because the spotlight attracts bugs. Turned out great, but there are two more colors left to touch up, and then probably black a bit.…

King’s Chamber
Did some work on the Big Guns, restoring the King’s Chamber. The peroxide method worked wonders on the plexiglass (thanks for the tip, Chris), so tonight I put this baby back together. Also put in all new LEDs in place of the 44/47 bulbs and new incandescent 89 bulbs. Aside from finishing the backbox paint…
