Shadow cleaning and sanctum repair

I finished tearing down Shadow as far as i was going to go. Vacuumed up the old dust and then cleaned with heavy duty citrus degreaser. Removed the mylar that was over the previous sanctum damage and then cleaned up the damage down to solid wood. Carefully sanded the damaged area to roughen it up a bit, then cleaned all around with naptha. Next i mixed up a bit of J-B Weld epoxy and filled the hold. May need another hit tomorrow. I meant to overfill but i think i missed the mark. Painting this is going to be a pain unless I go buy an airbrush. Maybe a trip to harbor freight is in order.

I’ve been having such fun with Spanish Eyes. I tweaked the flipper EOS gaps and it made a big difference. I really love the combination of shots and various ways to score or add a ball. I could probably score higher but I’m a sucker for going after the extra ball if i’m anywhere close to getting it. Fun times.
