I installed spotlights on the slingshots to lighten up the playfield and they turned out great. Just ran some speaker wire from the GI up through the kicker hole and onto the sling post. I also installed a 3 LED light under the apron to lighten up the bottom of the field.
It’s been a LONG time since i organized my extra parts, and things had gotten really messed up and hard to find with boxes and boxes filled with little bags of parts. So i went through all the random and old parts boxes and organized EVERYTHING. now i’ve got a box for hardware (bottom left), a box for random plastics and rubbers and specialty parts (bottom right), a box for LEDs (top right), and a box that has some of the larger plastic parts, extra switches, mylar, light fixtures, electronic components, etc (top left). I kept one cardboard box (not pictured) with large hardware parts like switches, leg levelors, flipper rebuild kit stuff, etc.
I still have game specific parts stored in their respective coin boxes, but this is going to save me a ton of time on the next couple of projects.
