Yesterday I decided that with all the touch ups I did, I really need to seal the playfield. I figured out what my approach is going to be, but i needed to strip down the rest of the playfield so it is completely bare. So every switch and pin that protruded from the playfield was removed along with the pop bumpers, and then all the raised areas around screw holes were sanded flat. I also sanded the shooter lane.
I want to be ready to apply the first coat of clear on Friday if possible. I’ll need to get the inserts filled before that, so i’m not sure if I can get it done.
