Half Moon Bay (tiny landscape #1)

Half Moon Bay, CA. 7cm x 7cm, gouache on paper.

I’m going to try and do one very small (7cm x 7cm) gouache landscape painting each day for 100 days. The idea is to keep the process under 15 minutes or so, but i know it’ll be tempting to extend. Today’s entry is from a photo I took in Half Moon Bay, CA sometime in 2011 or 2012.

Started up on this painting I’m making for my lovely (former) coworker, Libby. These will end up pasted on an old window from her house 🙂
