The Grocer created these two small paintings for a food themed show that Revise was putting together in 2008. I purchased all of these veggies from the Wicker Park farmer’s market one day and photographed them in these exact arrangements. They were painted on paper and pasted on cutting boards. Both sold at the show.
Later, I submitted one of the paintings into a bag art competition for Equilibrium USG, and the art was sold for some time in this backpack line.
